BIOGRAPHY

Helen Guo is the manager of distribution policy & compliance at the Ontario Energy Board (OEB), leading public consultations on EV charging connections and distributed energy resources (DER). She developed the OEB’s EV Charging connections procedures document and spearheaded Phase 1 of the system capacity map, providing critical insights for EV infrastructure planning across Ontario.

Helen leverages her energy sector expertise to drive key policy consultations on DER connections, housing developments, and system reliability. Her work supports the integration of sustainable energy solutions into Ontario’s grid.
