Mona Eghanian is the assistant vice-president at the Ontario Centre of Innovation and deputy head of the Ontario Vehicle Innovation Network (OVIN), Ontario’s flagship initiative for the future of automotive and mobility. She plays a key role in advancing Ontario-made automotive technologies and building a workforce ready to meet the sector’s evolving needs.

Mona leads initiatives in research and development, piloting, demonstration, and talent development, ensuring Ontario remains at the forefront of safer, cleaner, and more efficient transportation solutions while driving economic growth and global leadership.
